use the webserver...
see UI3 thread...
if you mean viewing the actual BI interface or pc interface look at windows remote desktop if you are using pro or teamviewer

ive just set the web server on. I can get on the login screen and input username and password, press enter and nothing - just reshows the same screen again. Tried in Edge and Chrome.

make sure you are entering correct info and you were not blocked after entering wrong credentials...
once you get in, make sure to install UI3...its much better than the default

blue iris options users...
check to see if ip's were not blocked...webserver>advanced
