My IP which is 192.168.* is whitelisted. All ip banning mechanisms are disabled. I still get 403 after it works for a few minutes. Can anyone help me where to look next?

Have you restarted BI or restarted the service if BI is running as service?

I have, but it happens again after 5 mins of remotely watching it.
By "remotely", you mean outside your LAN?

Yes. Or even accessing it by it's hostname causes me to get a 403.
