BIT not sending out alert emails

Hi

I have Blue Iris Tools working ( mainly for watchdog function) and I have the email alerts checked on, but I am not getting any email alerts.
The email function works when I send out a test email but doesn't seem to send out emails when BI crashes.

Any suggestions?

Make sure the e-mail option is selected under the Watchdog tab and also check your spam folder.

The email option is selected under watchdog tag , and spam folder is empty
