Don't have all the details yet but I have a client reporting that BlueIris is no longer working for them
"Since Windows Updated".

I'm guessing it was the Windows 10 creator's update.

I don not have any more details yet until I head out to go on site.

Their version of Blue Iris was probably last updated 3 or 4 months ago.

I will update with more info as I have it.

I had a terrible time after I updated to Windows 10 Creator's Update with my network adapters that was causing grief with BI. After the update, when I would restart my PC, there would be a delay in my network adapters becoming ready after I would login to my PC and BI did not like that. Had to delay start the BI service (waits 2 minutes to start instead of immediately) until I figured out the issue. Had to remove NPCAP that was bound to my NICs then everything started to work.

Anyway, just giving you a possible thing to check first, or second, or third...etc.

Thanks!
Good information.
Not been on site yet.
Probably first thing tomorrow morning.
NPCap?
Did you have Wireshark or one of the netgear "find me" utilities installed?

Actually, yes. I had Wireshark installed and in my method of diagnosing my issue, I uninstalled it. It left NPCAP behind, but there was an entry under "Apps" for NPCAP to be uninstalled so I uninstalled it and that fixed my issue.

Thanks!
There's a chance I did the same thing.
Or had wireshark on the machine at some point before deploying Blue Iris.
Machine has been in service for a little over a year.
problem just cropped up now after they let it update.

All camera streams were dead in blue iris but all networking was fine far as could tell as anything else network related was working fine.
Restarted Blue Iris, no change all cameras showing not connected/working.
Blue Iris software is already up to date. (client updated it a few days ago).
Has 7 Reolink cameras connected full HD and 30 FPS 4 always recording.
Performance has been flawless for 6 or 7 months.

I was able to get ONE of the cameras to work by rebooting the camera.
But no others would work after that just the one.
The one was working fine but none of the others I tired would connect.

Really weird.

Creator's update had not been installed was just prompting about it.

Rebooting the computer fixed everything all working after computer reboot.

I suspect it has something to do with Blue Iris being updated and somehow requiring a reboot.

Installing Creator's update now to get it overwith so there are no surprises later when I'm not here.
