Just got an email stating I owe "Total price for the next subscription period: 32.53 USD" 2 questions if anyone can help.

1. I last paid in August to get Ver 5 doesn't that last for a year?
2. I went to the site and was not able to pay, not sure why.

I emailed both Blue Iris support & mycommerce.com, and see what they say

Does the email state when the next period begins?

The email stated

"The next payment for your "Blue Iris Extended Support and Maintenance" subscription is due on 06-JAN-2020."

Just wanted to pay early
That sounds like a mistake. Email support. Also note that you dont need extended support and maintenance to run the software. It will work regardless.

got a similar email today said my renewal is up on the on 1-11-2020 but it would not allow me to reup now and I was unable to logging to mycommerce.com

I just got this email as well. Do I need to pay every year for 12 months of updates?
