Blue Iris Installation Error - Server 2008 STD 64 Bit

Hi,

I recently purchased 2 x copies of Blue Iris Full version and installed it on my first server.
Installation went through fine and no errors at all. Blue Iris working perfectly on the server.

Started to install on the second server but I keep running into this error - see attachment below.
This happens as soon as the installation starts.
Any ideas how to fix this?

What is your DEP setting on the server?
Try setting it to "essential windows programs and services only"

DEP Settings have now been turned on but we are still getting the same error.
