Blue Iris Mobile Playback Problem V4

Hi All

Is anyone else having this issue?

I upgraded to V4 last week, since then on the IOS app if you click on the calendar to play back video it no longer works and you just get the message Blue Iris Cannot Open Video?

Any ideas anyone? - it was working very well.

Does it play on the pc?

Does it play on the pc?

It does play on the server through blue iris software, but not on phones or via the IP on a browser, on a mac or PC.

Seems to be saving from the server as windows media files not the blu iris format. ?

Change it to blue iris dvr format and see what happens.
