I have two cameras on my parents system, up-to-this week both recording continuously with no issues.

Now, one of the two cameras stops recording 30seconds after I start recording even though continuous recording is ticked.

I've restarted PC, updated BI, re-booted cameras but cannot seem to identify what the issue is for this one camera.

BI v5.0.9.5 x64
Database repaired
174GB of 650GB used
CPU at around 17%

Am I missing something blindingly obvious?

for a start
1) windows task manager sorted by memory (most at the top),
2) Blue iris status clip storage
3) blue Iris status cameras
4) Blue iris settings clips and archiving tab , for the NEW folder, stored folder, alerts folder. (three screen shots)
5) the two of the camera properties the record tab and the video file format and compression.

Are the cameras wifi or hard wired ?
What are the make and model numbers of the cameras/

Have you tried deleting the non-recording camera then adding a new one and setting it back up (configuring) ?
