Hello,
I have initialized IPC-HDW5231R-ZE in the ConfigTool (V4.09.0)
When I open it in browser, web camera cannot be reached.
I have made all setup for browsers what suggested Dahua wiki.
Can you help me with this problem.

Thank you,
Max

What is the IP address of your PC? It needs to be on the 192.168.1.X subnet to reach the camera. Alternately, you can modify the address of the camera to match your local subnet from the tool you are using in the screen shot.

Did you change the camera IP address ? It should be changes to the same subnet as your PC. What is your PC ip address ? It should not be left as 192.168.1.108 as it will conflict with the next installed Dahua camera.

Also most modern browser (chrome, firefox, safari ) do not support plugins. So you may not be able to view the video. You can view the camera configuration screens on most cameras.

You can try internet explorer or palemoon 32.

In the config tool widen the search range, the gear at the Center of the top of the page .

I do not think that the IP address above is private. It looks like a public IP address.

Private IP address:
192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255
172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255
10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255

I would remove that IP address (169.254.xxx.xxx) from your post...
