Does anyone know of a quality wire mold equivalent to this?

Amazon.com: Wiremold CMK50 Cord Mate II Kit: Home Improvement

I'm all for using it, the only problem is I need about 90 feet, which ends up being over $150.... Open to any alternatives. The wire in this portion of the house can't be hidden in the ceiling without extensive drywall work which is what I'm avoiding.

emt conduit, paint it white.

I have a privacy film on back of my fish tank, painted a piece of conduit to match the wall and ran all my wires/hsoes inside the conduit and it completely vanished..

Hire a professional to run the cable...someone who does this daily, they can run cable with minimal drywall damage if any and will be in wall.

That would be me. :) The beams for my garage don't run in the direction that favors me. This is the only headache room I have. I just really really hate drywall texturing.

If you have baseboard, can you pry it off and run the wire behind it?
Then you'd only need enough wire mold to bring it up to the plug.

I have to run it up high, the water heater and cabinets won't let me wrap around low... that works pretty good though in other situations though. :)
