im adding a nest outdoor camera by my garage hopefully by tomorrow. looks like I may have to drill a hole so the USB connection can be routed to the inside of the garage and plugged into the same socket as my garage door. im set with where and how to mount the camera. that's the easy part for me. the part where im not sure is how do I create a seal(?) or cover the hole that I am making because once the "round" usb part goes through the hole, the nest outdoor cam wire will be too small to fill the hole I made. I need input as to how I can cover the hole once I have the cabling in. am not sure what to look for at home depot. im thinking I need to seal the hole so nothing untoward happens inside the garage let alone, the wife notices I made another hole in the house!( she wasn't too happy with the holes I made to route drains from my 150 gallon salt water tank.) I consider myself handy but far from being a carpenter, so my apologies in advance if my question is vague or bordering ignorance. thank you for your inputs and help. Im also attaching a picture of the NEST OUTDOOR CAMERA part that will go through the hole.
