Camera not booting

hello..
I have DS-2CD2T63G0-I5 camera, when i connect it to the power supply it is not booting and not appearing on the network laptop
The LED of the ethernet port not on any thing.
The IR led of camera keeping on for all time.

That does suggest the camera is faulty in some way.
Does the RJ45 connector show any signs of corrosion due to moisture?

Possibly.
Have you checked the power supply, maybe replaced it with another, tried it on another camera?

90% of the time with this information you given, was that camera went to boot loop(in my case).
