Cameras not triggering on their own

I have a couple DS-2CD2185FWD-I cameras that I have connected to Blue Iris 4. I have configured them to trigger on motion in the application, however for some strange reason they don't seem to be triggering unless I am viewing the cameras in the mobile app. The motion far exceeds what I have configured for the trigger but it just doesn't trigger unless I am live streaming that specific camera.

Remove the check mark from: Cut Video when triggered with break time.

I would also uncheck "Object Detect" from motion sensor. It is known to cause this problem.

Are you certain that your schedule is correct? I see "Record" is set to "Active" but is "Trigger" also set to "Active?" The top of the Trigger tab is cut off and I can't see which schedule Trigger is set for. In addition, is the "Active" schedule set to 24x7?
