Cameras refusing to go inactive on change of profile?

Hi,

strange issue. Two of my cameras would refuse to go inactive on profile 0 or other profiles for which they are not set to be active. All my other cameras work fine, and I cannot find any setting which is different between these cameras and the rest. Any ideas if there is any setting which forces a camera to be active regardless of the profile?

Look on the camera schedule tab and see if "Continue to display and stream video while inactive" is checked.

Yep.. this setting is monitored. This is happening regardless of this setting. Even if this setting is on, the camera will show up with a blue frame, showing as inactive. If it is off, then the camera appears greyed out.

In my case, the camera remains active... alerts are fired... it's like it doesn't care what profile is chosen. This is happening on 2 out of 9 cameras. the rest are fine.

I resolved the issue by deleting the cameras and recreating them again. I still don't understand what the original issue was.
