I have a E3-1245 v3 that i wanted to put into that motherboard as the one i am using now doesnt not have intel hd graphics

Intel hd is on the processor not motherboard....Your processor does have it..

right now im using

but its using Aspeed AST2400

it was ok for a while but now im maxing out the CPU so i was looking for something else
