Is there a way to receive an intrusion notification when motion is detected by a standalone Hikvision camera ?
Any third-party software, telegram bot, etc etc ??

Well, it does depend to some extent on the specific model of camera, and the firmware version it's running.
But generally there is an option to send an email in the 'event linkage method' choices.
That can be used to trigger a notification on various devices.
