Can only get 1 PTZ to work in IDMSS app

I have just recently added a second PTZ to my Eyemax NVR, and using the IDMSS iphone app. and for some reason can only get one of my PTZ's to function properly. I can see them both but can only get one to zoom and move around. one PTZ is an Eymax ip cam the other is a Axis ptz. Question does IDMSS have an issue with connecting 2 PTZ's because they both function from the NVR ?

I can confirm IDMSS works with more than 1 PTZ cam.

There are plenty of us using NVR's. I only have one PTZ but would venture a guess that the Eyemax NVR cant play nice with the Axis PTZ.

Ok, don't know if this will be of any help as I have a Dahua NVR, but I had a problem recently with ptz control not working from app(but worked ok from web browser).
There is a setting on nvr camera registration page for ptz, the channel for my ptz cam was set to local, I reset it to remote and ptz control now works ok for me on app.
You might have some similar setting?
