Canera JK-PHD84F550RSAI unknow vendor

Hello,
some months ago I have bought a PTZ auto tracking IP camera JK-PHD84F550RSAI (5Mp, 30x zoom) on eBay, there are many same camera with similar name.
I have tried every way to set auto tracking but don't work, I have reset camera and set again but nothing. I have used I.E. started as Administrator for set this camera.
Does anyone have the same problem?
On settings this camera is called IPG-8150PSS, anyone have a original o new firmware for this model so I can try to solve this problem?

sorry but I don't found new firmware or nothing…I wrote to the seller for technical support but didn't help me...this camera has not technical support...

ich habe auch diese Kamera. Wissen Sie, wie ich diese Kamera zurücksetzen kann? Ich habe kein Passwort und auch keinen reset Knopf.
