Can't change traffic light or schedules/profiles in IOS mobile app

Running BI version 4.4.6.2 64 bit. We just downloaded the Blue Iris Mobile app (ver 1.54.05) on a iPad. It is connected to the BI server just fine. Cameras and alerts working fine. One functionality we really need is to be able to change the traffic light and the profiles and schedules. Right now the traffic light is properly reflecting the server status and will change when we change it on the server console. However, on the app, nothing happens when we touch the light. Also, the numbers don't do anything when we touch them. We have been thru the help files on both server and mobile app and think we have done what they said to do to enable things. We have global schedule active.

Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas?

The user doesnt have admin rights...blue iris options>users
