Can't contact the store???

Moderators please move this to the appropriate place. I purchased BI through the store. I received an email asking me to review it. Clicked the link and it won't let me do anything. Said I need to log into the store. Went to my account and it said hey ( my screen name), but when I look at the account info it is blank except for my email address. I tried using the contact button but it won't let me submit anything. I tried 3 times over the last 8 or 9 hours. It says the content might be considered spam. Could use some help from the moderator I guess.

See attachment. I went in and made sure my content blocker was off in case I was missing something.

Looks like you created a different account for the order, however, I have linked this account to it. You will now see your order and key in my serials

Most likely had the option to create an account checked (by default) and used a different email address. All good!
