Can't get GW4555MIP to work w/ BI (I/O Error:0)

Anyone have any advice for getting a GW4555MIP camera to work with BI? I am at a loss. BI tech support said it should work. BI finds the camera when I do find/inspect. But when I finish installing it, I get an I/O Error:0 No Signal.
-I can log into the camera via web browser. View it and it is function properly. IP address / port match what's in BI.
-I was able to install a Hikvision camera.
-Any suggestions as to what I am overlooking / need to change in order to get this to work?

In the camera settings on the cameras web interface change it to h. 264 and then, ur going to love this. Put the camera back to its original password admin. Gw has a convenient bug that won't let u change the password and use the rtsp. I bought one of those he cameras to try and it was a mistake. It works nice but it has no security and was a pain in the ass to set up. not worth the money and they are not that cheap.
