Can't get Next Camera to work fullscreen

I just moved my BI install to a new machine and I can no longer get my Next Camera/Previous Camera keyboard shortcuts to work when in fullscreen mode on a single cam view. It used to work on my old machine. What am I missing?

I have Next Camera set to <right cursor> and Previous Camera set to <left cursor> in the Keyboard Shortcuts setting.
