After adding 2 of these DS-2CD2032-1 yesterday to the hik-connect app, they worked while I was at home, but today when I went out , even tho' I had a good wifi signal, the 2 cameras showed as being offline at 1 time, then later not working.
This camera: DS-2CD2042WD-I WDR was working all the time.
I have found the hik connect how to pdf file and I read that I have the 2 cameras added wrongly. I added them as IP/Domain, where I should have added them as HikConnect Domain.
I then deleted to 2 cameras from my hik-connect phone app, and tried to login to my account on the hik-connect sign in page. I addded my email address then went to password, but it is not editable at all, and cannot enter my password to login.
