Can't see two cameras recordings

Has anyone had this happen to any of their cameras when the cameras record? The two cams trigger, but no clips are recorded. When I went to the events screen this is what was logged.Blue Iris Log.jpg

Sorry for the rotation. When I upload it it rotates the image.

did you draw on your monitor with marker? or do you not know how to take screenshots w/out a camera? heh, dont be a noob..

might reset those trouble cameras though.. seems odd the'd logout, perhaps they crashing.

The events request funky code is the issue. I've reset them still nothing.

Yeah, I watched them trigger and turn red. At the same time watched the clips box and nothing.

are you sure the clips box is not set to display only the selected camera or a specific group or folder? is it set to all?

yes but is the little green camera selected to show only the selected cam?
what are the record settings for that specific camera and specific profile...a camera can be trigger but it wont record if the record settings not right.

It's as if these two particular cams have a format issue or something.

All cam record seeing are the same. I triple checked. These two cams where oem cams from Nelly's. Gonna have to contact them tommorrow to see if this has been an issue with other customers.

It's as if the video from the cam isn't matching with the BI encoding ya know.

Yep everything else works fine, it's only when they are triggered.
