Can't see two cameras recordings

Has anyone had this happen to any of their cameras when the cameras record? The two cams trigger, but no clips are recorded. When I went to the events screen this is what was logged.

might reset those trouble cameras though.. seems odd the'd logout, perhaps they crashing.

are you certain they are triggering? are you certain nothing is recorded?

Yeah, I watched them trigger and turn red. At the same time watched the clips box and nothing.

are you sure the clips box is not set to display only the selected camera or a specific group or folder? is it set to all?

what are the record settings for that specific camera and specific profile...a camera can be trigger but it wont record if the record settings not right.

All cam record seeing are the same. I triple checked. These two cams where oem cams from Nelly's. Gonna have to contact them tommorrow to see if this has been an issue with other customers.
