China PTZ camera not working after firmware update. lights remained on

Hello. i am new in form. I bought a ptz camera from aliexpress. The camera has become inoperable after updating through the application. Only the lights remained on like a lamp, as seen from the photo. how do i fix with which application is it possible to access? the camera is not responding

I did it out of curiosity. Normally, when I buy every device new, I update it if I have a new version. I didn't know the Chinese cameras were broken. Is there no way to save?

PTZ fails after firmware update

Yes In case seller wont send you firmware and/or you wont find it freely available anywhere, you can contact me for repair

You need to post the make and model of the camera. I don't want to give any false hope that something could be done, but without this info nobody can even try to help.

We recommend not updating firmware on camera's.
on Ali Express there may be no support from vendor/seller.
If it has a model # it might be clue that it is Hikvision hardware
you have to google the model number and see if you can find data on it....
some people here know how to
use serial port connection to camera to inject firmware....but it nobody can help if they dont know the firmware link.

If I install a software update to the sd card, will it automatically install when I plug it in?
