Is it possible to get rid of the China's date & time on the top right corner of the screen?

Lots of detail needed here. Is the date coming from the camera feed it self? As in, can you use the camera brand app to see the video stream (without using Blue Iris I'm assuming)? Most likely you can. It just depends on the brand of the camera and how to do it.

what camera are you seeing this on?

You login to most cameras and configure the time zone and daylight save time. Or you can disable the time stamp in some cameras. It is Best to use IE11 or palemoon32 browsers. On some cameras / browsers you can access the setting without using a pluggin.
