You can't, Dahua blocked this in the firmware sometime ago for region locking. You need international versions of the cams.

Maybe You know: in this case, the region is checked by the ip address of the network where the NVR is connected ?
In this case, some kind of proxy server could help.
Or "checking the region", meaning-checking that the NVR was also made for China?

It can't be done as far as I know. You should avoid the china region cams to begin with.
