Hello,
I have an Chinese no brand IPCam IPD-E14Y02-BS series. I've been using it for about 1 year and during that time it worked fine. I connect it to a Hikvision DS-7216HQHI DVR series with Onvif Protocol.
But recently this camera is often lagging and restarts every few hours. This happened after my Hikvision DVR got the latest firmware update. I suspect that the new firmware from Hikvision DVR is not compatible with this IPCam.
So where can I get the firmware update for this IPCam?
Or maybe there is another solution I can do?
I've checked the cable and it's working fine, I've also lowered the bandwidth but still no change
