Hello pro cctv guys. I need your help.
I have such ip camera (civs-ipc-6400) but with an old firmware version 1.2.1-73 (03/05/2013) and this firmware version cause problems in viewing online video at new web browsers and has other issues.
Can you help me to download the new version from here Software Download - Cisco Systems or maybe one of you already has such firmware file and can share it ?
