Clips Unavailable on web or mobile apps. after BI Restart

I purchased the full version of BlueIris a good while back then got the upgrade when the newest version came out. Currently I'm using version 4.1.1.5 which is the most up to date version. The database is stored to c:\BlueIris\db with the storage folders also being in c:\BlueIris.


The machine running BlueIris has dual quad core 2.2 GHZ Xeon processors, and 32 GB of memory. The C drive is actually 2x600 GB 15k SAS drives in RAID0 so performance shouldn't be a concern.


What I'm experiencing is whenever the system reboots, or blue iris restarts the mobile app and the web client are no longer able to access video clips from before either the server or the blue irisprocess restarted. The clips are still available via the desktop client and they are certainly on the disk.


Any idea how I could fix it, the remote apps are my primary method of reviewing the data?


I didn't experience this issue up until about a month ago.

@Omnipotant_1 Welcome to the forum!I have never seen this issue reported...very strange..I would email support.
