I have Config Tool V 5. I have used it in the past to connect via the "little blue IE" icon to NVR and all cams.
I now can't connect to only the NVR, IE says can't reach that page. I can ping it w/ CMD, log-in with Pale Moon as well as
Firefox but not w/ IE.
It seems it began after an installation of Smartpss. What might I be missing?
