Connecting intercom to door lock

Hello, i have ds-kd8003-ime1 and ds-kh6320 the second generation of hikvision ip intercom and i want to connect it to the door i have a rim electric lock which has 2 wires and i don't know to which wires i must connect them.

Did you managed to resolve this?

You must use NO/NC1 output on your outdoor unit. Your electric lock must use 12V.

Don't do that. that 12V on outdoor unit isn't ment for powering electric lock.

It won't work. If you measure you'll get 12.00V on that ouput, it's not enough. Use power adapter.

Its working but as you advise i will put an external adapter.

Great.

Maybe your electric lock doesn't spend too much, but really higly recommend to use external adapter. With that you will expand life time of outdoor unit.
