Hello guys.i have a hikvision mic enable (not internal) camera.i like preamp microphone cause they gain more sound even the target is 10 mt away.
you need 12v to work them which is not a problem with analog cams.

my solution is for those WHO use 802af injectors which extands the length.i have 150 mt (492 feet) ip camera.which is feeded with 802af 48v injector.
if you want to add a preamp microphone you can take the voltage from the lan 2. and 4. cable.it Works very well with 48v.

Who makes a 48 volt mic and how would you transmit the audio anyhow

Read it again first the distance 150mts (voltage drop) Second he is not transmitting anything, a microphone is a pic-up device, simple. would look better if you terminated the RJ45 yourself and use Jelly crimps for the joint, but good job and nice idea.

150m or not - the end-point voltage is going to be no less than 40v on an 802.3af connection.
So not actually a nice idea. Just lucky that the PoE device still works with the extra load of the mic. And just lucky that the (unspecified) mic still functions when powered with such a massive overload.

I did look at it. I understand what a microphone is, I've installed a few :)

How where is the audio line back to the nvr?

It's encoded audio via the camera input, not all poe device draw 48volts even though that's the input voltage, but the life span of the mic would be limited that's for sure.
