Connection failed, away from home.

I am trying to connect to the cameras installed at my home using gDMSS Plus app that i have been using for past 2 years. I never had problems with connection but for last two days it says connection failed.


I unistalled the app and installed it again. I have SN number and password that i have always used to connect in the past but it's not working anymore. The app says you are not connected to the same LAN. I am always travelling and i really need my app to work even when i am away.


Are there any settings that i need to do in the system that's connected at home or is it the app update problem? Can you please help me to connect again, I'll really appreciate that.

are you using dahuaddns? had same issue seems they shut it down. I had to use open-ip now

Yes I am using dahuaddns. When did they shut it down? Can't change it as I am not there. Is there anything i can do to change the settings over there? Or any other app that can give me remote access?
