Hey everyone,
Backstory: I have a state mandate requiring me to record 24/7 and retaining it for 45 days. I have 32 different model Hikvision cameras and currently using Synology Surveillance Station.
Is there a way to effectively set it up so that I can record continuously at a lower resolution, but bump up to a higher resolution when it sees motion? If Surveillance Stations doesn't do it, does Blue Iris? Some rooms I have cameras in don't see continuous motion, so recording at 4k is pointless when it's vacant.
