After a couple of hours I am no longer able to access the web page for the camera and BI no longer responds to PTZ controls (e.g. presets, movement, etc.). The live video signal does continue in BI and it will continue to record/save movement. Choosing reboot or restart camera from BI makes no difference, if I power cycle the camera control returns. Restarting BI makes no difference.
