Controlling a SD59230S-HN PTZ From Smartphone

@nayr as he has the 12x of the same cam but anyone else feel free to chime in.

I can't for the life of me pan tilt or zoom my new PTZ using GDMSS lite or GDMSS HD lite from my smartphone. Do you think you might know what I'm doing wrong?

I'm logging into the cam using a standard user account not the admin account. I setup the cam on port 37777. I've tried on both the main stream and sub stream.

I can however do it from ONVIF IP Camera Monitor without any extra configuration.

Just an update.

This issue has been resolved by updating to the latest version of GDMSS lite v3.43.00.
