so i have a dahua ip camera that I was trying to install yesterday.
i was able to plug the camera into the poe and the router did recognize the 192.168.1.108 ip address and listed the correct mac address for the camera. I was able to login and change the pw + some settings. when screwing the camera onto the wall for mounting, it dropped connection and I tried to log back in. It would not connect. at this point, i've already changed the ip to 192.168.1.113... camera wouldnt load. resetted the camera by holding the reset for couple mins. plugged back in to try to access 192.168.1.108, couldnt pull the login page. The router detects the camera at 192.168.1.108, but the login page wouldn't show. I hear the camera powering up and the motor running every few mins. not sure what's the deal. anyone have an idea?
