Hallo i have problem with password i chenge password new i dont no wat i have to doing to reset thankss

Then your not supposed to be able to get in, thats by design..

contact the vendor you purchased it from; they supposed to validate your the owner and issue you a one time password to get in.

To restart the device you unplug it from the power source; then plug it back in.

Sometimes the cams come with a little booklet.booklet shows default password and username.

default credentials should be admin/admin

with the account locked it dont matter if you give it the right login or not, its been locked.. you either have to wait for the account to unlock (couple hours IIRC) or power cycle the device.

If you have the wrong password set in your NVR it will lock the camera pretty much right away.. delete the camera from your NVR and dont add it back until your back into the camera.

These two holes is reset button !
1. Open the camera cap !
2. then use DC 12V , 2A adapter or POE switch ( DC48V,0.5A ) for camera power supply !
3. then use of copper wire or iron wire connect the two holes Let them short circuit 30 - 40 seconds !

The camera will restore factory Settings !

Were you able to get into the camera after resetting with those two contact pads (holes)?
