I currently have a 2018 iPad 9.7" running 9 Amcrest/dahua cameras as a security display on my wall. After a few days, both apps will lose the live view feed. If running live view for 4 or 6 cameras, it takes longer to lose the feed, maybe 5 days on 6 cameras, and 7 days on 4 cameras. When I mean lose the feed, I mean that the app will show no video in the icon and just a big (+) sign to add camera to each live view window. However, if you manually just recall the favorites to load back the cameras, everything magically works again.

Because there is a correlation with the number of cameras enabled in live view versus the time it takes to lose the feed, I suspect that the problem is an App problem and the inability of the app to clear out the cache/ram or something before it stops the feed. Manually loading the cameras again, clears out this cache and it resets the clock again before the next time it loses the feed. This process is repeatable and consistent.

Does anyone know of a solution or how to contact Dahua to resolve this matter?
Thanks
