Unable to connect these camera's
IPC-HDBW5431E-Z and
IPC-HFW5431E-Z
even though they are listed on the Surveillance Station listing.
I contacted the helpdesk, after several days they came up with the idea to upgrade the firmware to their latest recommended version (2.460.0000.10.R, Build Date: 2017-05-23).
Now I can not even record anymore to these camera's.
I had purchased two additional licences for them (already had 2 camera's connected to the 2 free channels), USD120 of wasted money!

Helpdesk has lethargic response time, currently I am waiting three days for a response to my latest message.

Use the HTTP port in SS setup if not already doing so, not the TCP port.

The http port for the camera's in the setup is not 80 but 1050, 1051, 1052, 1053. This port is correctly set for the cams.
