Dahua NVR user blacklisted

Hello all,

I have a Dahua NVR-4216-8P that I cant get to work with my gDMSS lite app no matter what I try. I have changed all the default password, and created a new user. I have tried connecting with both the admin account and the new user, and both get the message "user is in blacklist". This only happens when I am trying to connect from the internet, the same connection works fine when I am on my LAN, even when connecting to my external IP. For troubleshooting sake, I placed the NVR in the DMZ, and I sill cant connect.

Any advise?

I was able to resolve the issue. I had IP filters enabled and nothing defined in the allow or block list.
