Hello All,
I`m new on the Forum and i have a question.
I have a VTO3211D-P2 (firmware: 3.200.9999000.0.R) with a VTH1550CH (firmware: 4.400.0000000.7.R) screen. Only now I get an image on the monitor of the intercom but when I ring the bell it does not ring on the monitor.
I also see a broken intercom in the top right corner of the monitor while I can dial out to the intercom device and open the door. But when the doorbell rings, it does not ring on the monitor.
Does anyone know what to do? Is it possible with these firmware versions? I do not get the intercom to version 4 or higher probably because this is an old model?
