I've installed my DB11. I downloaded the IMOU app (formerly Lechange) and I've followed the app's instructions. I've connected my iPhone to the doorbell's hotspot but the app will not automatically enter the next step which to enter a username and password. It's just stuck on this page in spite of being connected to the DB11's hotspot. It won't move to the next step. Idea?Image-1.jpg

I had the same issue with mine because the serial number on the box/qr code was not the same of my unit. I manually entered the serial number of the DB11 which is the digits after Doorbell- in the wifi name. Once I had the correct serial number entered I connected to the Doorbell wifi and then the setup continued.

Thanks. This is exactly what I figured out after spending about 8 hours trying everything short of sending it back to Andy. It worked just fine once I used the serial number from the Wi-Fi.
