For over a week i'm not getting any alerts from any of my cameras. All are using Deepstack. Nothing changed (that i know of) has worked for months but now deepstack timesout before detecting anything. Turn deepstack off and i get alerts but with it on it timesout. Any ideas?

Turn off use mainstream for starters.

Those are all at the timeout threshold - it could be the season change and more leaves are flying around and triggering more cameras than in the past.

And then open up the .DAT file you are saving and see what is going on.

They are in the Alerts folder or you can go to the BI status page and open up the Deepstack tab and then minimize it. Next go to an alert that didn't detect/timeout and start playing and then pause it and then open the minimized tab and it will show the details.

Go to the folder to see the cancelled alerts? Or do timed out not show there?

Are you recording direct to disc in bvr format?

I don't believe so. Under the camera's Video tab "also BVR" is not checked

The "also BVR" is for the GPU.

It is under the Record tab and then video file format that shows if you are BVR, which you should be if you are direct to disc.

But your error lends to believe you have gone in and changed something.

Do a database repair and see if that fixes it.

Tried that a few times. Is there a way to restart Deepstack? Is it possible Deepstack is taxing my CPU causing it to take too long? How could I see what the CPU is doing while deepstack is analyzing other than looking live and watching the CPU?

That is certainly a possibility. I have uninstalled and re-installed deepstack when it got wonky.

Try a computer reboot first and see if that gets it going.
