Definition issue DAHUA NVR and HIKVISION IP cam

Hi,

Have problem as follows :

When I tried to change the encode setting on NVR, it doesn't work. So I tried to change the encode setting on IP cam embedded firmware. Once done I check the picture on display it doesn't work...

Second issue : on HIKVISION DS-2CD2132F-IS CHINEESE HACK to multilanguage, I tried to activate ONVIF protocol. For that purpose I need to go to NETWORK ADVANCED SETTING, then INTEGRATION PROTOCOL, but unfortunately I don't have INTEGRATION PROTOCOL as I've seen on many forums. Is there a way to activate this function ?

I tried to activate ONVIF protocol.

Depending on the firmware and the camera model, this may be always active.
The DS-2CD2132F-IS does not have that option in the newest firmware.
It's only on the the newest revisions of firmware for newer models that it can be disabled.

You can use ONVIF Device Manager from sourceforge.net to determine what devices on the same LAN as the PC support ONVIF.
ODM will show lots of information about the camera.
