I need a way to setup a camera and have it play back on a tv with a 20-30 second delay. I am hoping the delay would be programmable.
I am trying to set this up at the end of a gymnastics tumbling track allowing the athlete to tumble and then see what they did wrong. This will allow them to fix their own issues while practicing in the gym.
