Delete Records Hikvision PCNVR

Hi everyone.

I have two doubts about my hikvision 2032-I

Can someone explain:

- how can i delete records from my hdd?

- In my hikvision, i have 5.16 fw installed, and i want to set up low sensitiy and an area to detect movement..
how could i do it?

I see where I configure the detection movement

Configuration - Events.

I make three square, i down the sensitive up to 20, IR Mode switch off, but despite of that, a lot of false positive received through mail

any ideas to reduce it more?

What type of events did you see on the snapshots? Presumably its real motion, just not the type you are interested in.
You could explore the 'line crossing detection' and the 'intrusion detection', both of which can be used to fine-tune the events of interest.

Exactly I have this configuration and the false alarms reduce a lot, but i´m not sure if it is correct or something puts wrong..

Configuration - Advanced configuration - Events

Movement detection:

tick on Movement detection
disabled analyze movement

and draw a little square in a corner, where it is impossible happens something.. (I make this to prevent false alarms..)

Send to email enabled
notify to remote software enabled

Cross line transversal:

tick on enabled
draw the line

virtual level : 1
Direction: A - B
Sensitivity: 75

Send to email enabled
notify to remote software enabled


intrusion detetion:
tick on enabled

draw a big square, that near to fill in the whole view of the camera

area:1
treshold: 0
sensitivity: 50
percent: 1


enabled send to email
enabled notify to remote software

I would be very glad if someone can check it, and tell me if it is correct.

From yesterday night i only receive a snapshot, but no appears nothing. The snapshot´s title is "camera intrusion"

I am not sure if it is available in 5.16 but if it is, on the cameras motion detection page turn on Dynamic Analysis for Motion. Then, under local configuration set Rules to enabled. This will allow you to see the line crossing/intrusion detection/motion detection squares in Live view. They will change colour when they are triggered so you can watch the playback to see what triggered it if nothing is obvious in the email snapshots.
