DH-SD22204T-GN white screen

Hello to all
I have DH-SD22204T-GN and I have to 2 issues with it
1 it drops off line all the time even when it was connected to my PC network only the camera and the PC
were connected

2 when on line I see only a white screen

Does some one have any ideas as to what is happening

Take it down and test with a short premade cable.
Did you use the 568 standard? did you use solid copper cable not CCA/copper clad aluminium.

I am testing with a 3 feet cable solid copper yes on the 568. No Luck I get a white screen and keeps drooping off

Do a hard reset on the camera.
Clean the dome and the lens.
Where did you buy the camera, web site or vendor name ?

"Do a hard reset on the camera." I have done a factory reset
Clean the dome and the lens. " same issue with no dome"
Where did you buy the camera, web site or vendor name " not available at this time ebay"

quite possible
I have worked with other models and if this is the case it looks and feels the real deal of a product, it has the right
weight and good workmanship
I run out of ideas how to make it work that is why I post here, I guess I am out of options.
and it is to light for a door stop.

via external supply power 12v
it sounds like a power problem..try another power supply, 12v with at least 1.5A. Make sure it can supply adequate power or use a proper poe switch

I did "12v with at least 1.5A." I get it to work for few minutes then drops off then at random times comes back on
line
