We have installed the above, with a Cisco 300SG 28 port POE+ Switch & SYAC NVR 16 channel. We have attached a POE Splitter Model GSD-PD02A Power output 12V 1A-2A to each camera. The problem we are experiencing is that when we go thru the tour (Presets) it only gets up to preset 3 freezes and then returns to beginning. Could you please assist me. Thank you
